Short course experiences are fully hands-on. With only 4 cooks per course in the kitchen, every pair of hands gets real attention.

Courses need 10 days notice and a minimum of 4 cooks. A 50% deposit secures your seat and the balance is payable 7 days before the first morning. The date you choose below is the first of the four mornings.
